This approach was championed by a number of international organizations following the outbreak of avian flu in Asia. In France, the concept has become an undercurrent (Environmental Code, ANSES, Haut Conseil de la Sant\u00e9 Publique, etc.).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-5c3fc20 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"5c3fc20\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-78d38a0\" data-id=\"78d38a0\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fd64884 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fd64884\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>However, it is still a work in progress (Olive, Angot, 2022), appearing as an \"umbrella concept\" (Leboeuf, 2011). The One Health approach has a theoretical interest (definition and field, links with other concepts such as syndemics, developed by M. Particularly since the beginning of the 21st century, European and French legislators and the judiciary have taken up the issue of occupational health in relation to the environment. Since then, we have witnessed the construction of a right to an ecologically compatible working environment: human work must contribute to the preservation of the environment.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-50f8f11 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"50f8f11\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-800e169\" data-id=\"800e169\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-44b88a3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"44b88a3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>For example, the Health Act dated August 2, 2021, which aims to reinforce prevention in the workplace, is an invitation to reflect on the need to work with the aim of preserving both public and workers' health and the environment. Or the decision by the French Council of State, which recognized that the right of everyone to live in a balanced environment that respects health is a fundamental freedom.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-59c906e elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"59c906e\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-e772fd9\" data-id=\"e772fd9\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bb27da5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bb27da5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>This position echoes the Charter of the Environment and the jurisprudence of the French Constitutional Council, which considers environmental protection to be an objective of constitutional value. Social partners are also invited to take part in social and environmental dialogue. However, the social law approach seems to focus more on the occupational \u2013 physical (health) and psychosocial \u2013 risks that workers may face as a result of climate disruption, and the consequences for their health. Mental health is yet another area to be explored.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-e82942e elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"e82942e\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-8574814\" data-id=\"8574814\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-80f74e9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"80f74e9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The focus is therefore about breaking down the barriers between these different lines of reasoning, using the One Health approach. The aim is to consider the environmental issue and the effects of climate change on workers' health, considering that work and work organization are central elements.
